Stacey Abrams Threatens To Run For President In 2020
Spurred on by Hillary Clinton ridiculous claim that the Republicans cheated and “Stacey Abrams should be the governor, leading that state right now.”
Stacey Abrams is now seriously considering running for President in 2020.
Ironically, Stacey Abrams, like Hillary Clinton believes the only reason she lost was that her Republican opponent, Brian Kemp, cheated her out of her rightful win.
Stacey Abrams simply ignores the fact that she lost despite raising a ton of money, having the fake news media lavishing praise upon her 24/7, and liberal big guns like Oprah, and Michelle Obama campaigning for her.
Nope, despite every advantage over her Brian Kemp during the midterm election, it was republicans cheating that did her in.
Taking a page from the Democrats playbook of accusing President Trump of being “An agent of Russia,” with no evidence.
Stacey Abrams is telling anyone who’ll listen that the reason she lost was due to Republicans illegal “Voter Suppression,” tactics.
Despite her claim, even supporters like Sara Henderson, the executive director of Common Cause Georgia, who worked for Ms. Abrams in the State Legislature had to confess that while she still feels the election was stolen for her, after months of looking:
“None of our groups has hard data on exactly what happened. We have no way of knowing, because there’s no paper trail.”
Henderson’s admission sounds exactly like a 2019 Democrat who believe that “What we lack in Facts, is more than made up by our Feelings”
Brian Robinson, a political consultant who worked in the administration of Georgia’s previous governor, Nathan Deal, is more than upset at Abrams claiming that the election was stolen from her:
“It’s the most incendiary, divisive line of political rhetoric imaginable. When you say voter suppression, that brings to mind racial connotations of historical acts of abuse by the state. That’s not what is happening here. They’re talking about technical issues.”
What Happened?
Stacey Abrams reasons for why she lost didn’t stop at the Republicans suppressing the vote. Possibly after reading Hillary’s book, Abrams had a whole slew of new ideas on why she lost:
- Some people she considered friends did not back her.
- Voters did not believe that a black woman could win.
- Some people didn’t back to become Georgia’s Governor over her hairstyle.
- Other didn’t back her because she’s a single, childless woman.
- While still others didn’t back her because she is fat.
Now, the last one seems legitimate to me. If I was a Georgia taxpayer, and saw this whalelephant running, it would worry me to no end that I would have to fork over even more taxes to cover Governor Abrams food bill.
The Abrams2020 bandwagon:
The New York Times published an article today entitled: “Stacey Abrams, After Narrow Loss, Has Some Decisions to Make”
While she’s deciding if she should run or not, the Times story reported that Abrams has been working hard to make sure the 2020 census count uses the Democrat rules of counting “Every American.”
Abrams created an organization called “Fair Count,” which is trying to make sure, what she calls the two million “hard-to-count” people, are included in Georgia’s 2020 census.
Of course, we at PoorDonkey like to refer to Abram’s “Hard to Count” people as illegal immigrants.
Abrams Already Ringing the 2020 “Identity Politics” Alarm Bell.
The New York Times reported that Stacey Abrams is already worried about how women are being covered in the 2020 election:
“We’ve already seen questions about how Elizabeth Warren reaches for a beer, about Kamala’s racial heritage and how close to 100 percent is it,” she said, referring to the Massachusetts senator and Senator Kamala Harris of California. “We have already seen recaps of questions asked of women’s behavior in leadership that are not asked of men.”She added, “Some of the critiques of me were based on race and gender, some were based purely on race and some were based purely on gender — I got to experience the entire landscape of concern.”She added, “Some of the critiques of me were based on race and gender, some were based purely on race and some were based purely on gender — I got to experience the entire landscape of concern.”
According to Stacey Abrams how could it be anything else except “She’s a woman” when Kamala Harris’ was called out for her blatant lie of smoking weed while listening to Snoop Dog, and Tupac, years before they became known.
Of course, PoorDonkey must be run by misogynist pigs because how dare we make fun of Kristen Gillibrand stopping at Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles in Columbia, SC to do a little pandering to the black community and then asking “How do Eat Fried Chicken?”
What I found most amusing about the New York Times article is how it finished up.
After Abrams, and the New York Times went on and on about how women are being reported differently than men, the story ended with:
As Ms. Abrams keeps to a frenetic schedule, there is one task she has not been able to check off: finishing a trilogy in her series of romance novels.
Maybe if women politicians wanted to be covered the same as men, they wouldn’t try so hard to include little tidbits that scream out “I’m a woman!”
